Habitat for Humanity
Join fellow TBC members for a hands-on service day with Habitat for Humanity! Whether you’re a pro with a power drill or have never picked up a hammer, there’s a spot for you on the crew.
The Details:
What: A day of building affordable housing for local families in the KC area.
Experience Needed: None! Habitat provides all tools and training.
Safety First: Must wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes (no sandals or Crocs) and clothes you don’t mind getting muddy or painted.
Lunch: Bring a sack lunch or head out to grab a local bite!

Temple Buddhist Center offers meditation retreats a few times a year. Whether you’re interested in several days or just a few hours, we have something to fit your needs and your schedule.
Sunday Services

9am: In-person at Unity Temple on the Plaza
10:30am: In-person at Unity Temple on the Plaza
Youth Meditation during 10:30am services.
Childcare for kids 4 and under is available at the 10:30am service.
